Founder/Co-Director

My name is Kim Hill and I’m incredibly passionate about dogs and have had a lifelong dream of opening a dog rescue. Muttley Crew Dog Rescue, a new non-profit organization dedicated to helping neglected, abused, and abandoned dogs in Alabama and Georgia.

“Our journey to establishing Muttley Crew was a testament to our commitment. What began as a five-year plan to transition from a career in corporate America into full-time rescue work was wonderfully accelerated. A trip to Eufaula, Alabama, revealed the perfect property—not just for a new home, but for the very rescue we dreamed of building. This discovery prompted a significant life change: after more than 30 years in Atlanta, I transitioned to remote work, sold our home, and, along with our six beloved dogs, relocated to Eufaula to build Muttley Crew from the ground up.”.

For years, I have envisioned a safe haven where these vulnerable animals can receive the love, care, and medical attention they desperately need before finding their forever homes. Muttley Crew is the realization of that dream, built on a foundation of unwavering dedication to the well-being of dogs who have known only hardship.
